Welcome to Baker Beauty Collective. By accessing our website, booking an appointment, purchasing products or services, or visiting our salon, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
Appointments
Appointments may be scheduled online, by phone, or in person.
To ensure the best experience for all guests, we ask that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Guests arriving 15 minutes or more late may have their appointment canceled and will need to reschedule.
By booking an appointment, you agree to our Cancellation Policy.
Cancellation Policy
We respectfully require 48 hours' notice for cancellations or appointment changes.
- Cancellations or rescheduling made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a 25% service fee.
- Repeated late cancellations or reschedules may result in increased fees.
- After a second late cancellation or reschedule, a non-refundable 50% deposit will be required to reserve future appointments.
- Clients who fail to attend a scheduled appointment without notice ("no-show") will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total.
- A second no-show may result in the inability to book future appointments.
Deposits
- Certain appointments may require a deposit at the time of booking.
- Unless otherwise stated, deposits are applied toward the total service cost.
- Deposits required due to repeated cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.
Pricing
Service and retail pricing is subject to change without notice.
Prices displayed online are estimates and may vary based on hair length, density, product usage, service complexity, or additional time required.
Your stylist will discuss any necessary pricing adjustments during your consultation whenever possible.
Retail Products
All retail product sales are final.
Due to health and sanitation regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of purchase.
Permanent Jewelry & Charm Bar
Permanent jewelry is designed for everyday wear but is not indestructible.
Chains may break if pulled or caught on an object. Baker Beauty Collective is not responsible for lost jewelry or damage caused by improper care, accidents, or excessive force.
Guests are responsible for reviewing our Jewelry Aftercare Guide.
I offer complimentary rewelds on broken permanent jewelry chains for up to one year. If you'd like your chain removed, I can do so for a small service fee.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law.
Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.
Gift cards may be used toward services, retail products, permanent jewelry, or Charm Bar purchases unless otherwise specified.
Satisfaction Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us.
If you have concerns regarding your service, please notify us within 7 days of your appointment.
We will gladly review your concerns and determine whether an adjustment appointment is appropriate.
Refunds are not provided for completed services.
Health & Safety
Clients are responsible for informing their stylist of any allergies, sensitivities, medications, pregnancy, medical conditions, or previous reactions that may affect services.
Baker Beauty Collective is not liable for adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed medical conditions or allergies.
Photography & Social Media
We love showcasing our work!
Photos and videos may be taken during your appointment for marketing, educational, and social media purposes.
If you prefer not to be photographed or recorded, please notify your stylist before your service begins.
Website Content
All website content, including photographs, logos, branding, graphics, service descriptions, and written materials, is the property of Baker Beauty Collective and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
Third-Party Links
Our website may contain links to third-party booking platforms or social media websites.
Baker Beauty Collective is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party websites.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Baker Beauty Collective shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services, website, products, or facilities.
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable service or product.
